Weinstein & Co. is registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. As a PCOAB-registered firm, Weinstein offers services needed to meet the audit and disclosure requirements of United States or cross-border listed companies on the NYSE, NASDAQ. As well as for SEC-registered companies.

In 2016, according to the PCAOB, 18 Israeli firms are registered. However, only 7 Israeli firms have filed an audit report for at least one issuer. Weinstein & Co. is amongst the 7 firms that have participated in PCAOB’s inspection program.
